A Quarter of Growth & Success: L&D Team Highlights
The Learning & Development (L&D) team has had a fantastic quarter, filled with exciting progress and impactful milestones. From launching new training programmes to celebrating our first graduates of 2025, here’s a look at some of our key achievements.
Welcoming Fresh Leadership
We were thrilled to welcome Selina to the team as Head of Learning and Development, bringing new ideas and a fresh perspective to elevate the training experience for our new joiners. Her creativity and enthusiasm have already made a significant impact, ensuring our programmes are engaging and effective.
Transforming Sales & Lettings Training
One of our biggest achievements this quarter was the successful launch of our brand-new Sales and Lettings training programme. Spanning 4 to 6 weeks, this comprehensive programme blends full-day workshops with bite-sized sessions, giving agents the perfect balance of theoretical knowledge, real-life scenarios, and on-the-ground experience.
Learning from Industry Experts
Our training is delivered by experienced trainers who have been agents themselves. This means our new joiners are learning from industry experts who truly understand the nuances of the market. Support doesn’t stop at training. Our Sales and Lettings Directors provide ongoing mentorship and guidance, ensuring agents have the confidence and resources they need to thrive throughout their entire journey with Allsopp & Allsopp.
Creating a Welcoming Start
We take pride in making sure every new starter feels at home from day one. Paige, the People Experience Executive, kicks off their journey with a warm welcome. On day two, our Trainers, Sophie and Noemi, provide a full introduction to Allsopp & Allsopp—who we are, what we stand for, and what makes our teams and office so special. Creating a sense of belonging from the start is a key part of our culture.
Celebrating Our First 2025 Graduates
A major milestone this quarter was celebrating our first training graduation of 2025! A total of 30 agents across Sales, Lettings, and Developer Sales successfully completed the programme. The event was a huge success, with certificates awarded to all graduates and special recognition for top performers.
Our graduates were welcomed by an incredible lineup, including the recruitment team who kickstarted their journey, our dedicated L&D team, HR People Partners, Managers, and senior leadership. A special visit from Carl and Lewis added to the excitement, making the occasion even more memorable.
Early Success for New Agents
It’s been inspiring to see new agents hit the ground running. Some secured their first listings within their first week of training, and others have already started closing deals just days into their journey with us. This is a massive achievement and a testament to the effectiveness of our training and support system.
