Carine Damoo

Carine Damoo began her estate agency career in the UK in 2009. Quickly proving herself in the industry, she earned multiple promotions within just two years and was soon managing her own branch. Through determination and strategic leadership, Carine successfully transformed an underperforming office into a thriving, profitable branch.

In pursuit of greater opportunities and drawn by the dynamic lifestyle of the UAE, Carine relocated to Dubai in August 2013. She joined Allsopp & Allsopp as a Property Consultant in the Dubai Marina sales team, where her commitment and client-first approach quickly set her apart.

Her excellence in the field was recognised when she became a Best Agent Finalist at the 2016 Property Finder Brokerage Awards. In July 2018, Carine took on a new challenge as a Senior Property Consultant in the high-performing Jumeirah Golf Estates office. Her standout performance continued, earning her the coveted Bayut Best Agent Award for 2021.

Promoted to Associate Director in 2022 and most recently appointed Director in 2025, Carine brings over 15 years of experience, integrity, and in-depth market knowledge to her role. She is known for providing an honest, proactive, and professional service, always delivered with a friendly and approachable manner.
